At the official Eminem store, we stand behind the quality of our merch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund once our warehouse team inspects the return.
